Location is in an upscale neighborhood ½ mile from shopping center with grocery store, banks, restaurants and other retail stores. About 10 minutes to Ft. Carson’s back gate and close to Peterson AFB and Shriever AFB. House has 3200 sq ft, is only about 10 years old and very updated. Beautifully furnished basement to be rented is 1532 sq ft. Upstairs kitchen and laundry room and outside deck will also be available for use by renter. There is a security system in the house and parking in the driveway and in front of house for one or two cars. This furnished basement is bigger than most apartments and available to rent for $1900/month including utilities (electric, gas, wifi, full cable TV, Netflix, Amazon, water, garbage). Only other expense is occasional housekeeper charge (about once every 4 weeks).
